It was founded in 2001 as a self-financing institute by the registered Trust of Raj Kumar Goel Educational Foundations.

The institute is recognized by The National Council of Teacher Education¸ Jaipur and is affiliated to CCS University¸ Meerut. The Institute conducts a fulltime B. Ed Programme of one-year duration¸ which is tailored to meet all possible requirements in Secondary/ Senior Secondary schools.
