Rayat Shikshan Sanstha is established by late Padmbhushan Dr. Karmveer Bhaurao patil in 1919 with the aim of the education of socially and economically backward people. The Rayat Shikshan Sanstha established this college in 1983 with the same aim. Today also majority students come from backward classes and slum areas. The mission statement of the college is ? ?? we are committed to ¸Educate Educationally¸ socially¸ and economically backward people and to bring about positive change among them and thereby serve the Nation ?? 

The college has rich and beautiful premises. It has own building with sufficient infrastructure. It runs Arts and Commerce faculty. From June 2009 Commerce and Science faculty of Junior college is going to start. We are also starting B.C.A. from June 2009. We have submitted various proposals to U.G.C. We are starting various short-term courses from June 2009.
