He has started Chilkur Balaji Institute of Technology at Aziz Nagar in the year 2006.
The College is progressing rapidly under the able guidance of Dr.R.Venkataswamy¸ who is responsible for establishing and managing successfully about 23 institutions¸ which includes Degree¸ Law¸ Education¸ Pharmacy¸ Business Management¸ Nursing and other Junior Colleges.
